Who do you admire in the brand or business world and why?
Jacqueline Gold, CEO of Ann Summers. She turned a grubby, male-focused brand into an empowering female institution.
-
Which brands (other than your own) do you admire and why?
Airbnb – since their inception, they’ve been a totally brand-led organisation and are so much more than just a travel company. Their vision of “belong anywhere” has formed the basis for their brand reputation and allowed them to point to great initiatives they do with guests, hosts and the community.

What published information sources could you not do without on a daily basis?
Facebook – for work and play.
