Pret a Manger appoints Tovera

Tovera Consulting (Tovera) has been appointed to lead a programme of research and insight development for Pret a Manger (Pret) to inform its engagement with stakeholders.
Tovera will be working closely with Headland who have been appointed to advise on Pret’s corporate communications and public affairs.
Part of the brief for Tovera involves depth research among key stakeholders as it strives to build stronger stakeholder relationships and the best customer experience.
The first Pret opened in London in 1986, growing to 440 shops in six countries by 2018, serving 450,000 customers every day.
At Tovera, the business will be led by Spencer Fox, Managing Partner and Ann Binnie, Principal Consultant. At Headland the account will be led by Ed Young and Dan Smith, and they will be supported by a team that comprises the full Headland offer.
